My Ethos and approach

My approach to business development is to help business owners build the business they need to get the life they want, when they want it.

The five steps I use for this are:

• Motivation 
  Where do you want to go with your business and how you will know when you get there?
• Model 
  Create a financial model to show how to achieve what you want from your business
• Method 
  Prepare a detailed step-by-step action plan to achieve the success you want
• Money 
  Make sure the business has access to enough funding and resources to deliver the plan
• Measure 
  Have robust reporting systems to monitor business performance and take corrective action as necessary
